1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Custom or engraved items may require longer processing times and are made to order. Once confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

2. Custom Orders

We may provide design previews for approval before production. Please review all customization details carefully. Once approved, your order will be processed and cannot be modified or refunded unless defective.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or GoDaddy Payments. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

4. Shipping

We ship across Canada and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. Delivery delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many of our items, all personalized products are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where they are defective or damaged in transit.

For non-custom products, return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@lmnr.pro.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, logos, and written content on this website are the property of LUMINARY and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Website Content and Accuracy

We strive to ensure that all information on our website, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability, is accurate and up-to-date.

However, occasional errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors, update information, and cancel orders if any detail is inaccurate, without prior notice.

Website access may be temporarily suspended or restricted due to technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all parts of the website at all times.
