1. Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! We specialize in custom and engraved pieces — from personalized LED lamps to commemorative gifts. You can share your idea via our Custom Request Form or email us at info@lmnr.pro.

2. Can I see a preview of my design before production?

For custom and engraved items, we're happy to send a digital mockup for approval (when applicable). Just let us know in the notes at checkout or in your inquiry.

3. How long does it take to make a custom order?

Production typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity and volume of orders. We’ll update you with estimated timelines after your design is confirmed.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across Canada and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

5. Can I return a custom-engraved item?

Custom and engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please check our Return Policy for details.

6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry! Please email info@lmnr.pro within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.

7. Where are your products made?

LUMINARY is proudly rooted in Canada. All of our products are designed and handcrafted locally, often using materials and inspiration drawn from our Ukrainian heritage.

8. How do I care for my lamp or engraved item?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or exposure to water on engraved surfaces or wooden bases. For LED lamps, do not bend or twist the light panel.

9. Can I send a LUMINARY item as a gift?

Yes! You can ship directly to someone else and include a personalized gift message at checkout. We never include price receipts in gift packages.

10. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift boxes?

Some of our items come in gift-ready packaging. If you’d like us to include special wrapping or a card, please leave a note at checkout — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

11. Can I request a specific delivery date (e.g., birthday, wedding)?

We'll do our best! Please specify your preferred delivery date in the order notes. While we can't guarantee exact dates due to shipping delays, we'll prioritize your request whenever possible.

12. Do you collaborate with businesses or do bulk/corporate orders?

Absolutely. We offer custom branding, packaging, and bulk engraving options for corporate gifts, event tokens, or team awards. Reach out to info@lmnr.pro for a custom quote.

13. What materials do you use? Are they safe?

We use high-quality, durable materials — including acrylic and LED lighting components — that are low-energy and safe for home use. All materials are selected for both safety and sustainability.

14. Do you make memorial items or sympathy gifts?

Yes. Some of our most meaningful work has been made to honour life's important moments — including memory lights, engraved keepsakes, or tribute tokens. We handle these orders with the utmost care and attention.

15. Can I customize the language or script on my engraving?

Yes! We support Ukrainian, English, and most languages written in the Latin alphabet. For other scripts (e.g., Arabic, Chinese), please send us the exact text so we can confirm engraving compatibility.

16. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel's journey directly through the carrier's website.

17. Do you offer digital gift cards?
